Caravan Experience
4 Day Base Camp in the Victorian High Country
Whether you're new to caravanning, have just upgraded your caravan, or are prepping for an exciting caravan adventure, this tour offers a perfect blend of setup guidance, trip planning tips, and shared learning experiences—all while exploring some breathtaking High Country destinations.
Meeting near Mansfield Friday morning, we head in convoy along a dirt road to our base camp for the trip. Unhooking the Vans and setting camp for the duration of our trip. An afternoon drive to see an iconic High Country Hut and collect firewood for the evenings fire.
Saturday we leave camp for a 4wd trip to visit "Craigs Hut" from the movie The Man From Snowy River. Returning to camp, another night enjoyed around the campfire along with some additional entertainment.
Sunday we venture along another 4wd track visiting Lovic's Hut and Bluff Hut again returning to base camp for our final night around the campfire.
Monday is a relaxed start having lunch in camp before departing back to Mansfield.
During our time at base camp, we will have opportunities to share our knowledge. We have extensive experience in caravaning throughout Australia and have a long history of professionally setting up vehicles for travel and towing.
